Q: Can I cancel a class once it has been booked?

A: As a courtesy to other Synergy riders and instructors, you must cancel a class 4 hours before the scheduled class in order to avoid penalty. If you haven't cancelled within 4 hours of your class, or do not show up for your class, you will forfeit one credit or if you hold an unlimited membership, you will be charged a $20 late cancel fee. No exceptions. You must cancel the class online to ensure immediate cancellation of your class, not by calling the studio. Thank you for your understanding.
